What we collect
We collect your email address (for account login), the brand names, competitor names, and search queries you configure for monitoring, and the scan reports generated from them. Payment information is processed entirely by our payment partner (Creem); we never see or store your card details.
How we use it
Your monitoring configuration is used solely to perform the visibility scans you request, store your historical reports, and send related notifications. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Third-party processors
We use: Supabase (database & authentication), Vercel (hosting), Creem (payments), and large language model APIs (e.g. DeepSeek) to generate answers and reports. Queries you configure may be sent to these AI providers to produce scan results.
Data retention & deletion
Your data is kept while your account is active. You may request full deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us, and we will complete it within 7 days.
Cookies
We only use strictly-necessary storage (login session tokens). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
